That type of stupid thing only can be say for the typical stupid guy that only works with java and Oracle and think that there is not anything else in the planet. There are hundreds of very good applications made with php, hundreds of newspaper for example that serve billions of pages every day. Maybe you are a very good "programmer" in whatever you do, but you should be so bad consultant to say that. I work with php, python, javascript, java, scala, oracle, mysql, postgresql, mongodb and all of them have their good and bad points depending of the proposal.
